Q "The human brain has 100 billion neurons, each neuron connected to 10 thousand other neurons. Sitting on your shoulders is the most complicated object in theknown universe." -- Michio Kaku Dear Marketing Research Students, I am very proud of this course. As I have written before, I have taught marketing research over a hundred times. Some students took me, thinking that they would never go into marketing research and that the course was something they would soon forget. These individuals became among my closest friends, decades later. Many went into marketing research. Most used marketing research in their careers or for firms they started. I realize that you are busy studying for other courses now! Please, though, go through the different units of this course. I would like you to explain a couple of areas that you got from this course that you would like to remember. Please indeed explain a couple of areas, as you conclude this course, and then become an important memory that I will have for my life. I am making this above queston worth 10 points, and I would like to ask you one added favor! Would you also find one assignment that you might not have done as well as you would like? Explain how you would like to change your own assignment answer so, now, you would do a better job on it. I realize that you are busy. Yet, it is a real mark of learning, that you can come up with something that you now would like to write instead, for any of the assignments in this course. Even though you are busy, I will give you 5 extra points, "extra credit" here, if you now write a paragraph or two to explain how you would like to re-write your answer for any of the assignments of the course, and do better on it. This added 5 points will likely make you have a very good grade on the assignment, and I will realize that you took some time at the end of the semester to show me how proud I ought to be of you!! (If you do not have the time to do this final part, I will only grade this 10 point assignment. If you have time, and explain here how you would make an assignment better, I will give you 5 points in "extra credit" submission area below it.) Dr. Jack A. Lesser
